About the Law
It is a law that gives persons the right to access information and administrative decisions and to obtain public documents in the possession of official bodies in accordance with a form prepared for this purpose, submitted to the government entity for a nominal fee, in a manner that does not conflict with applicable legislation, provided that such information is public and available for publication and not subject to legal confidentiality, or specific to the applicant, whether administrative decisions or related documents.
